Entry No. 1; Date 21st February 1968; The two pieces of land together called ALNMOUTH COMMON, in the parish of Alnmouth in the rural district of Alnwick as marked with a green verge line inside the boundary thereof on sheets nos.26, 27 and 28 of the register map and distinguished by the number of this register unit. Registered pursuant to application no.48 made the 19th February 1968 by John Raymond Curry of the Post Office, Alnmouth.
Entry No. 2; Date 28th June 1968; The piece of land known as NIGHTFOLD, adjoining Alnmouth Links in the parish of Alnmouth in the rural district of Alnwick as marked with a green verge line inside the boundary thereof on sheet no.26 of the register map and distinguished by the number of this register unit. Registered pursuant to application no.91 made the 30th April 1968 by John Raymond Curry of Croft House, 41 Northumberland Street, Alnwick.
Entry No. 3; Date 1st March 1971; The Registration at entry no.1 above, being undisputed, became final on the 1st October 1970.
Entry No. 4; Date 19th July 1971; By agreement with the applicant pursuant to objection no.44 of W. Hugonin, Esq., the land known as Church Hill, Alnmouth and shown coloured violet on sheets nos.26 and 28 of the register map is excluded from the land referred to in entry no.1 above.
Entry No. 5; Date19th July 1971; The registration at entry no.1 above, being undisputed, became final on 19 July 1971.
NOTES
Entry No. 1; Date 26th February 1971; The objection no.44 of W. Hugonin, Esq., Estates Office, Alnwick Castle, Alnwick made the 22nd September 1970 is noted in respect of registration entry no.1 in this section.
Entry No. 2; Date 19th July 1971; The objection of W.Hugonin, Esq., at no.1 above has been withdrawn.
